Lotus Breast is a shock image that was spread throughout the tubes in 2003 via email with a TL;DR description that can be summarized as: stay the fuck out of South America.
The truth is, this image is just a clever Photoshop of a breast and a lotus seed pod, made to look like myiasis, which is how it got the name "Lotus Breast". Unfortunately, this truth doesn't make the image any less disturbing. This shoop has fooled many Internet perusers, and like all good shock images, it's disgusting nature will assure its place on the internet for years to come, freaking the fuck out of little girls over and over.
A year later another image surfaced of unknown origin that combined a lamprey with a pair of fingers. (see image right)

After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an expedition in South America, she noticed a very strange rash on her left breast. Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek the aid of one of his colleagues who specialized in dermatology whom was sadly on vacation. She waited for two weeks and finally was able to react the dermatologist.
Sadly,a life changing event was about to unfold during her appointment.
To Miss McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found larva growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her breast. Sometimes these wicked creatures would all together simultaneously move around into different crevices.
What she didn't know was that the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought for these larvae were feeding off the fat, tissue, and even milk canals of her bosom.The Real Deal
Before you breathe a sigh of relief over this obvious shoop, there is a real case involving maggots infesting a native woman's breasts. It's called Furuncular myiasis, also known as some really kinky shit.
